Area's Largest Mixed-Use Complex, "Park City Nakano," Opens at Nakano Station North Exit on May 29

Park City Nakano, a major mixed-use redevelopment near Nakano Station North Exit, was completed on April 25 and opens to the public on May 29.

The project includes two residential towers with 807 homes, the office tower Nakano M-SQUARE, and eight retail and dining tenants.

Anchors include Summit Store, Nojima, Gong cha, Choushimaru, and Shabuha, adding everyday convenience to the area.

Green public spaces and planned pedestrian deck access to the station are designed to improve connectivity and the local streetscape.
