NASA's Artemis II launches to the moon

The FCC is preparing to vote on new satellite spectrum rules that would relax radio power limits.

The proposal would let low-Earth orbit and geostationary operators negotiate shared spectrum use instead of relying on current protections.

That could help Starlink and similar services offer faster speeds or lower costs.

But it may also increase interference risks for older satellite networks such as DirecTV.
