Russian-Chinese Irtysh 32-core CPU runs The Witcher 3 at 30+ FPS — heavyweight chip still imposes CPU bottleneck despite impressive specs

A YouTube benchmark of the Russian-market Irtysh C632 showed The Witcher 3 running at just 22–38 FPS with a Radeon RX 9060 XT.

Despite being a 32-core chip linked to Loongson’s LoongArch ecosystem, the processor was still heavily CPU-limited in gaming.

The results suggest the Irtysh platform remains well behind mainstream x86 and Arm CPUs in both gaming performance and software compatibility.

The test highlights the technical limits of Russia’s domestically positioned chip strategy after sanctions.
