Google tests Agent Mode on Flow to automate video production

Google appears to be testing an Agent Mode for Flow, its AI video tool, based on recent build code references.

The mode would let users plan scenes, manage project updates, trigger generation tasks, and control creative tools through chat.

If released, it could make video creation more conversational and automated, shifting Flow toward an assistant-led workflow.

The move would also strengthen Google’s creative AI lineup, including Flow, Veo, and Gemini, ahead of Google I/O.
