Intel Crescent Island data center GPU supports up to 480GB LPDDR5X with 350W air-cooled TDP

Intel unveiled updated details on Crescent Island, its upcoming data center GPU for agentic AI and inference workloads.

The accelerator can be configured with up to 480GB of LPDDR5X memory, and the PCIe air-cooled version is rated at 350W TDP.

Built on Intel’s Xe3P architecture, it supports data types from FP4 through FP64.

Customer sampling is expected in the second half of 2026, with broader availability in 2027.
