At a YouIT webinar, Sangwook Kim shared how he used Claude Code to build 9 projects in parallel and later operate as many as 13.

He said Claude Code can produce an MVP in just a few hours, but the real pain points show up in operations: context management, repeated instructions, recurring mistakes, and sales overhead.

To reduce that burden, he adopted a central home/CLAUDE.md document, HANDOFF.md-based session handoffs, parallel workflows, and reusable skills.

The takeaway is that solo builders win not only by shipping fast, but by building a system that keeps multiple projects running reliably.
