Why Cursor is bringing self-hosted AI agents to the Fortune 500

Cursor now lets companies run its cloud AI coding agents inside their own infrastructure to keep code and build data local.

The self-hosted option lets agents execute code, run tests, and access internal dependencies and network endpoints while Cursor coordinates operations.

Cursor says the platform is used by over two-thirds of the Fortune 500 and currently supports up to 10 workers per user and 50 per team.
