YouTube Music playlists are getting new sorting options, and it’s about time

YouTube Music is rolling out new playlist sorting options on Android, adding Title, Artist, and Album views.

The update appears to be enabled server-side, so availability may differ by account and app version.

It joins existing manual and date-based sorting, filling a long-missing basic library feature.

The change should make large playlists easier to browse and manage, bringing YouTube Music closer to rivals like Spotify and Apple Music.
