Google's New Gemini AI Model and Tools Are All About Agents Now

At Google I/O, Google launched Gemini 3.5 Flash for general use and said Gemini 3.5 Pro is coming next month.

Google also pushed Gemini toward agentic AI with Gemini Spark, a 24/7 assistant, and Antigravity, an agent-first coding and management platform.

The Gemini app is getting a redesigned interface and broader model support as Google DeepMind adds new capabilities.

The move signals Google’s bet on autonomous multi-step AI work across apps, code, and cloud tools, sharpening competition with OpenAI and Anthropic.
